Maintenance Schedules:

 

After each 10,000 mile or 12 month interval, whichever comes first, our expert technicians perform the required service to ensure your Mercedes Benz continues to run effortlessly for the next 10,000 miles or 12 months.

 

"A" Service includes:                                  

This is the "minor" of the services.  Occurs every 10,000 miles or 1 year, whichever occurs first.

 

  • Mercedes-Benz Synthetic Motor Oil
  • Check catch, safety catch and, and hinges on hood for proper operation
  • Check and refill fluids including:  antifreeze, coolant, brake, power steering, windshield washter differential and ABC (active Body Control - if applicable).
  • Function check of :  audible warning system, brake system hydraulic unit
  • Check and correct tire inflation and spare tire
  • Check thickness of brade pads, front & rear
  • Check and adjust parking brake cable slack as necessary
  • Reset service light.

 
Price advertised for Service A/Service B for vehicles MY2009 and newer includes all factory-required components. Please refer to your maintenance booklet for the complete list of factory-required services and details on the specific intervals for your vehicle's year and model.



"B" Service includes:

 This is the "major" of the 2 services.  Occurs every 20,000 miles or 2 years, whichever occurs first.

  • Mercedes-Benz Synthetic Motor Oil
  • Check catch, safety catch and hinges on hood for proper operations
  • Check belt condition
  • Clean water drain in air/water duct
  • Check and refill fluids including:  antifreeze, coolant, brake, power steering, windshield washer differential, and ABC (active Bod Control - if applicable), transfer case, Front/Rear axle
  • Replace brake fluid
  • Replace dust/cabin filter
  • Function check of:  audible warning system, brake system hydraulic unit
  • Check and correct tire inflation and spare tire
  • Check thickness of brake pads, front and rear
  • Check and adjust parking brake cable slack as necessary
  • Check for leakage in:  both axles, driveshaft, steering column, discs and boots, propeller shafts, bolts and joint housing of axles
  • Reset Service light

Contemporary Motorcar also invites you to enjoy a weekly complimentary wash and vacuum of any vehicle purchased from our dealership.  Also should your tire pressure indicator light come on, please stop by immediately and we will be happy to check the air pressure of your tires and adjust them as necessary.

 

Roadside Assistance:  Please call Mercedes Benz at 1-800-367-6372 or download the roadside assistance app for your phone at Mercedes-Benz Roadside.  If towing is necessary, they will arrange to have your vehicle towed to our dealership or the nearest Mercedes Benz dealer.
